<br />Grantor, ROWLAND L. HEfiRICK, a resident of the State of
<br />Colorado, in consideration of the si:un of ONE HUNDRED SEVENTY
<br />THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($170,975.00} paid by
<br />LOREN D. BILSLEND, Grantee, to Rowland L. Hetrick, Successor
<br />Trustee of the Trust created by the Deed of Trust made on June $,
<br />1972, by and between Charles S. Hetrick of the City of Englewood,
<br />County of Arapahoe, State of Colorado, Settlor, and Charles S.
<br />Hetrick, Trustee, quitclaims and conveys to LOREN D. BILSLEND,
<br />Grantee, the following described real estate (as dafinec~ in
<br />Section 7b-201, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S'~ SE's) of
<br />Section Thirty-Three (33}, Township Ten {10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except that part conveyed to Southern
<br />Nebraska Rural Public Polder District by Deed dated
<br />July 20, 1953, recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of hall County, Nebraska, in Book 107 of Deeds,
<br />at pale 583, containing approximately .495 Acre, more
<br />or less,
<br />TO P3AVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises together with
<br />a12 tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging
<br />unto the Grantee and tc Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record, visible easements,
<br />and zoning laws, rules and regulations.
