JANTZI and TAPHENA JANTZI, j <br />husband and wife, herein called the Grantors, for and in con- <br />sideration of the sum of Thirty-Two Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($32,000.00) received from Grantee, do hereby grant, bargain, <br />sell, convey and confirm unto ANDREA LEE, the following-described <br />reai estate situated in Hail County, Nebraska: <br />Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12) in Block Ten (10), <br />Brett & Johnson's Addition to the Villaae of Wood <br />River. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to her heirs and assigns <br />forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee and with <br />her heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized of said pre- <br />mises, that they are free from encumbrance and that we have good <br />right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we hereby cov- <br />enant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against <br />the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
