<br />Given by the Defendant, Argo Development Co., Ina., a corporation,
<br />on the 20th day of February, 1974, to Plaintiff, and that said
<br />mortgage was duly filed for record in the office of the Register
<br />of-Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on-the 20th day of February,
<br />297}; and duly recorded at Book 164, Page 269, of Mortgage Records.
