Becker and Emilyf,Becker, husband and wife, as joint <br />tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the <br />following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Easterly Half of Lot Five (.5), in Fractional Block <br />Eight (8) of Kernohan and Deckers Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska and the Easterly Two {2) Feet <br />of the Westerly One Half (WZ) of I•ot Five (j) in <br />Fractional Block Eight (8) of Kernohan and Deckers <br />Addition to the City of Grand island, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof, and in Addition thereto an ease- <br />ment aver, across and upon the Easterly Two {2) Feet of <br />the Westerly Thirty One (31) Feet of said Lot Five (~) <br />for the purpose of servicing the dwelling house now situ- <br />ated upon the Easterly Thirty Five (35) Feet of said Lot <br />Five {~) with respect to repairs and improvements thereto, <br />painting thereof changing screens and storm windows thereon <br />and any other necessary service to said dwelling; but said <br />easement to continue only so long as said present dwelling <br />shall stand on the Easterly Thirty Five (35) feet of said <br />Lot Five {5) subject to the restrictions set forth in the <br />Warranty Deed dated April 9, 1956, made by Maude N.
