<br />Ida Uden, sister and heir-at-law of the decedent who died July
<br />25, 1979, hereby renounces and disclaims all or her undivided one-
<br />fotirth (1/4) right, title and interest as one of the decedent's
<br />hears and beneficiaries, in and to the following described real pro-
<br />perty owned by the decedent pursuant to the provisions of Section 30-
<br />2352 of the Nebraska Probate Code:
<br />I. The East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E~SW~), the West
<br />Half of the Southeast Quarter (W~SE~a) and the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE%SEQ) of Section
<br />Twenty-three (23), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />'. An undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW~) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the ,6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />'k. An undivided one-half (1/2) Ira erect in the East Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (E'~SW'~) of Section Thirty-
<br />four (34), Tawnshin Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11)
<br />West of the 6th P.IN., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />4. An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in the Northwest
<br />Quarter (NWz}, Section Twenty-seven (27), Township
<br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (I1), West of the 5th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />E.. The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N'-iSW,} of Section
<br />Twenty-seven (27), Township Nine (9) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11), West cif the 6th P.M._ Hail County, Nebraska;
<br />E~. Prosser Extension of Part of the Southeast Quay-ter (5~~,}
<br />of Section Five (5), Township Eight (8) North, Range
<br />Eleven (11}, West of the 6th P.M. in Adams County,
<br />Nebraska,, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the East line of said Section
<br />Five (5), 1170 feet South of the Northeast corner of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SEA) of said Section Five (5),
<br />thence South along the East line 300 feet; thence West
<br />to the railroad right-of-way; thence North along said
<br />right-of-way 300 feet; thence East to the point of
<br />beginning, containing 3.17 acres more or less.
<br />Ida Uden, being further sworn on oath states that her sur-
<br />viving issue who take her undivided one-fourth (1/4) interest in
<br />and to the above-described property of the decedent are her only
<br />s-ons, George J. Uden, Robert W. Uden and Donald Uden.
<br />The undersigned further states that a copy of this Renunciation
<br />is being filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and the Register of Deeds Office of Adams County, Nebraska,
<br />wi-th signed and acknowledged copies being mailed this date to Gilbert
<br />
