<br />on demand, be entitled to immediate possession of the rriortgaged premises and the ittortgagor hereby assigns, transfers and sits over to the
<br />mortgagee all the rents, revenues and income to be derived from the raor[gaged premises during such tirm as [he mortgage indtbtcdneas shag remain
