(~'~' ORDINANCL~ NO, 5534 <br />An ordinance to vacate"existing easements in Lot 2, Block <br />8 Repiat, Continental Gardens in the City of Grand Island; and <br />to provide the effective date of this ordinance. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION 1. That the existing easements as shown on the <br />plat of-Lot 2, Block 8 Replat, Continental Gazdens, as approved <br />-. by the Council of the City of Grand Island, on August 22, 1477, <br />be, and hereby are, vacated. <br />- SECTION 2. That the title to t:iose easements vacated by <br />Section 1 of this ordinance shall revert to the owner of the <br />property. <br />SECTION 3. That this ordinance is hereby directed to be <br />filed in the office of the Register of Deeds, Ha11,County, <br />Nebraska. <br />SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect <br />from and after its passage, approval, and publication, within <br />fifteen days in one issue of the Grand Island Daily Independent, <br />r <br />as provided by law. <br />= Enacted 26 November 79. <br />~, <br />ert L.
