i <br /> <br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE <br />WHEREAS, on March 1, 1977, the undersigned, ALLAN B. ENSLEY <br />and RICHARD A. ROSNO entered into a contract for the purchase of <br />real estate from ELDON I. BENSON and JANET O. M. BENSON, pursuant <br />to the terms and conditions of said contract; and <br />_ WfIEREAS, the undersigned ALLAN B. ENSLEY desires to assign <br />his interest in said contract for sale of real estate to RICHARD <br />A. ROSNO; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, <br />I. <br />In consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Allan B. Easley, a single <br />man, hereby assigns, quitclaims, grants, bargains, sells, conveys <br />and confirms all of hi_s right, title and interest in and to the <br />following described real. estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot One (1}, in Block Forty-One (42), of the Original <br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the Westerly One-Half of vacated Locust Street <br />adjacent to the Easterly line of Lot One (1), Block <br />Forty-One (41), Original Town, now City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly <br />descri:r~ed as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot One (1), Block Forty- <br />One {41), and running Southerly along and upon the <br />Easterly line of said Lot One (1}, Block Forty-One <br />(41} a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Two Feet <br />(132.0'} to the Southeast corner of said Lot One <br />(I), Block Forty-Otis (41}; thence running Easterly <br />Forty Feet (40.0') to the Center of Locust Street; <br />thence running Northerly and parallel to the Easterly <br />line of said Lot One (1), Block Forty-One (41), a <br />distance of One Hundred Thirty-Two Feet (132.0°) to <br />the Southerly lane of Fourth Street; thence running <br />westerly Forty Feet (40.0') along and upon the Southerly <br />line of Fourth Street to the point of beginning, <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appur- <br />tenances thereto attached, <br />~o RICHARD A. ROSNO, in fee simple absolute. <br />II. <br />Pursuant to paragraph X of the Contract dated-March 1, 1977 <br />a warranty deed conveying the above described real estate from <br />-Eldon I. Banson-:and Janet O. M. Benson to Allan B. Easley and <br />Richard A. Rosno was deposited with the escrow agent. <br />
