Settlor and delivered to arch accepted <br />by the Trustee. - <br />ARTICLE FIVE <br />(Ay A Trustee may resign by delivering notice of such <br />resignation to tha Settlor, if living and if not, to an adult <br />beneficiary of the trust or to the parent or guardian of each <br />minor beneficiary of the trust. Upon the resignation of the <br />original Trustee, Rowland L. Hetrick, a son of t,'ae Settlor, - <br />T~ shall be the Trustee. In the event of the death, inability <br />or unwillingness of Rowland L•. Hetrick to serve, or to continue <br />to serve, Charles W. Hetrick, a son of the Settlor, shall be <br />the Trustee. In the event of the death, inability or unwillingness <br />of Charles W. Hetrick to serve, or to continue to serve, the <br />.American National Bank of Denver, a Rational Banking Association, <br />ox its corporate successor by merger, consolidation or otherwise, <br />shall be the Trustee, PROVIDED, however, that the sons of the <br />Settlor, if both of them are living, or the survivor of them, or <br />if they shall both be dead, the majority of the parents or <br />guardians of the minor beneficiaries, shall have the absolute <br />-and unrestricted right to remove the American National Bank of <br />Denver, and any of its successors, as Trustee, and to appoint <br />a successor trustee= The Trustee shall render periodic reports, <br />at least annually, to each of the beneficiaries then eligible <br />to,raceive the current income of the trust, which reports shall <br />show all receipts, disbursements and distributions during the <br />period covered by the report, and the assets then held in the <br />trust. The records of the Trustee with respect to any trust <br />i shall be open at all reasonable times to the inspection of the <br />beneficiaries of the trust and to their parents and guardians, <br />(I3y Every successor Trustee shall have all the rights, <br />powers, titles, privileges and duties, whether discretionary <br />or otherwise, herein-given to the original Trustee and shall <br />t3 <br />'~ <br />
