<br />1. My-name is Rowland L. Hetrick and I reside at 1776 South Jackson,
<br />Denver, Colorado.
<br />2. The name of my father was Charles S. Hetrick, and he was both
<br />the Settlor and the Trustee in the Deed of Trust dated June 8,
<br />1972, in which I am named Trustee upon the resignation of the
<br />original Settlor, Charles S. Hetrick.
<br />3. Attached and incorporated by reference are {a) a copy of the Deed
<br />of Trust dated June 8, 1972, by and between Charles S. Hetrick,
<br />Settlor, and Charles 5. Hetrick, Trustee, referred to in
<br />Paragraph 2 of this Affidavit, and (b) a copy of a Resignation as
<br />Trustee dated September 29, 1973, signed by Charles S. Hetrick,
<br />showing his resignation as Trustee effective September 29, 1973.
<br />4. Attached and incorporated by reference is a certified copy cf
<br />CPC Form 38. Rev. '74. TRUST REGISTRATION STATEMENT, In the
<br />Probate Court In and For the City and County of Denver State of
<br />Colorado, Probate No. fi416, showing the filing of a Trust
<br />Registration Statement registering the intervivos trust {created
<br />by the Deed of Trust described in Paragraph 2 of this Affidavit}
<br />established by Charles 5, Hetrick as Settlor with Charles S.

<br />Affidavit was the fgllowing described real estate situated in
<br />Ha1I County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S~ SEA) of
<br />Section Thirty-Three {33), Township Ten {10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, except that part conveyed to Southern
<br />Nebraska Rural Public Power District by Deed dated
<br />July 20, 1;53, recorded in the Office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Book 107 of Deeds,
<br />at page 583, containing approximately .495 Acre, more
<br />or less.

<br />referred to in this Affidavit., I have executed a Successor
<br />Trustee's Deed for conveying the real estate described in
<br />Paragraph 5 or' this Affidavit to Loren D. Bilslend, Grantee,
<br />for the consideration stated in and under the terms of the
<br />Successor Trustee's Deed which is dated November 8, 1979, and
<br />acknowledged by me on November 8, 1979.
