RARER, DECEASED; and "OBERT RARER, individually, in consider- <br />. ation of the sum of Ten Thousand Dollars (511,000.00) in hand <br />paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have sold and <br />by these presents do sell, assinn, and transfer unto Lu'Ft~ LaBRIE, <br />(Assigneej, a certain Indenture of Mortgage dated the 12th day <br />of September, 1974 and executed by Robert J, LaBrie and Carol A. ' <br />LaBrie, husband and wife, in favor of Myron Rader and Robert Rader, <br />and conveying the foliowine described property: <br />Part of Lot Seven (7} of the County Subdivision of Part <br />of the South Half (S',) of Section Five (5}, Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., <br />no re particularly described as follows: Beginning at <br />a point 28.1 Feet !lest of the South East Corner of Lot <br />Seven (7); thence running Northerly along a line 28.1 <br />Feet West of and parallel to the East Line of Lot Seven <br />(7) a distance of One Hundred (100) Feet; thence running <br />!desterly parallel to the Northerly Boundary Line of said <br />Lot Seven (7) a distance of Two Hundred (200) Feet; <br />thence running Southerly and paraiel to the Easterly <br />Boundary Line of said Lot Seven (7) a distance of One <br />Hundred (100) Feet; thence running Easterly along and <br />upon the Southerly Boundary Line of said Lot Seven (7) <br />a distance of Two Hundred (200) Feet to the Point of <br />Beginning; and <br />The Easterl Forty-one and One-half (41 z) Feet of Lot <br />Fifteen (15~, Bartelt Subdivision, Village of Daniphan, <br />Nall County, Nebraska, <br />and which sa id Mortgage was recorded in the records of said Hali <br />County, tebraska, on the I9th day of Septee~ber, 1974, in Book lab; <br />of F9ortgages at page 547, tooether with the tdote3 or obli0ations <br />therein described without reco-urse in any event or for any cause:- <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Assignee, her <br />Personal Representative or assigns, subject only to the provisions <br />in said Mortgage contained. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignors have hereunto subscribed <br />their names this 22nd day of October, 1979. <br />MYRON L.
