The amount of damages that will be sustained by the Condemnees, as the owners and mortgagees of the said real estate, by reason of the taking thereof by the Condemner of the hereinafter described real estate for community redevelopment, such real estate described as follows: The center 22 feet of Lot 2, Block 57, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska; The westerly 22 feet .of Lot 2, Block b7, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska; The easterly 44 feet of Lot 3, Block 67, Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Nebraska; A part of Lot 4, Block 67, Qriginal Town, now City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, more particularly described as foiZows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said block, said Lot 4, and running southerly along the East line of said lot a distance of 75 feet, running thence westerly and parallel to the North line of said Lot 4, a distance of 75 feet to the North Line of said Lot 4, and running thence easterly along the worth line of said ` Lot 4 a distance of i7 feet to the point of beginning; is as hereinafter found and assessed.
