<br />THIS DEED is made by Frances A. Shields, Personal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Judson C. Shields, Deceased,
<br />Grantor, to Frances A. Shields, Widow, personally, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, the last Will of Judson C. Shields, Deceased, was
<br />duly admitted to probate in the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />S+IHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Repre-
<br />sentative of said estate and is now qualified and acting in
<br />said capacity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the Berson
<br />entitled to distribution of the hereinafter-described real
<br />property, and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same
<br />to Grantee:
<br />NOL4, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and
<br />releases to Grantee a legal life estate in the following
<br />described real property:
<br />The North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N'~NE'~)
<br />of Section Tan (10) Township Nine (9) North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />and;
<br />The remainder interest in the above described real
<br />property to Robert D. Shields.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
<br />thereto belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions
<br />of record.
