WA1. 1'onSEGGERN, Canservator of the Estate of Elizabeth <br />Schutt, Incompetent, in considera*_ion of the sum of Ten Thousand <br />One Hundred Dollars ($10,100.00) received from Grantee, does <br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto DONALD J. DLaBISCH <br />and KAREN N. P.3ARISCH, husband and wife as joint tenants with <br />rights of survivarship, Grantee, the following described real <br />property, to-wit: <br />The Northerly Half (\j1~) of Lot One (1} and <br />Fractional Lats Two (2) and Three (3} in Block <br />Six (6}, in Evans' Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, as surveyed, platted and recorded, <br />more particularly described as commencing at the <br />Northeast corner of said Lot 1, thence in a <br />Westerly direction along the North line of said <br />Block 6 to the East edge of the railroad right- <br />of-way, thence in a Southwesterly direction <br />along the East edge of said right-of-way to a <br />point where the said East edge intersects with <br />the center line of the Narth Half of said Block <br />6 thence in an Easterly direction in a straight <br />line parallel with the North line of said Block <br />6 and being the center of the North Half of <br />said Block, to the East edge of Block 6, and <br />thence in a Northerly direction along said East <br />line of Block_6 a distance of 66 feet to the <br />place of beginning, known as 532 North Lambert, <br />Grand Island, A'ebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging unto the Grantee and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns <br />forever. <br />DATED this ~f~ day of November, 1979 <br />. f ~I~ <br />0, jYm.
