<br />T s Consent to Assignment executed this ~~ day of

<br />WHEREAS, we, the undersigned, JOHN PREISENDORF and
<br />MARILYN C. PREISENDORF, husband and wife, as Sellers, entered
<br />into a Contract for the Conditional Sale of Land, dated the
<br />5th day of July, 1979, with Marvin K. Knelling and Joyce L.
<br />Knelling, husband and wife; Paul J. Brodine, Jr., and Lucile
<br />A. Brodine, husband and wife; and Morris R. Geiser and Ploma
<br />R. Geiser, husband and wife, as Buyers; and
<br />WHEREAS, said Contract for the Conditional Sale of Land ~!
<br />was later assigned by said Buyers, with our consent, to B-G-K
<br />DEVELOPMENT OF NEBRASKA, LTD., a Nebraska Limited Partnership,
<br />and

<br />WHEREAS, said B-G-K DEVELOPMENT OF NEBRASKA, I,TD. now
<br />~ wishes to assign its right, title and interest in said
<br />i Contract, and has requested our consent to such assignment.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, we, the undersigned, John Preisendorf and
<br />Marilyn C. Preisendorf, husband and wife, do hereby Consent
<br />to the Assignment by said B-G-K DEVELOPMENT OF NEBRASKA, LTD.,
<br />a Nebraska Limited Partnership, of all its right, title and
<br />_ interest in and to said Contract for the Conditional Sale of
<br />Land, dated July 5, 1979 to LARRY G. BOESEN, TRUSTEE, covering
<br />the following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four
<br />(4) in Lindsay Subdivision to the City of
<br />Grand Tsland, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Consent to Assignment is expressly conditioned upon
<br />Assignor's guaranty of payment of the amount remaining unpaid
<br />in said Contract of Sale and the performance of all agreements..
<br />- ~ therein, and that if default be made, Assignors shall not be
<br />_ released of their obligations therein.
