V7HEREAS, on the 26th day of July, 1978, the undersigned, as Buyers entered into a Contract of Sale with JOHN PREISENDORF and MARILYN C. PREISENDORF, as Sellers, for the purchase of the following described real estate, to-wit: Lots One {1), Two {2), Three {3), and Four ~ (4) in Lindsay Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and i WHEREAS, the above named Sellers executed a Notice of Contract of Sale on the 26th day of July, 1978, and filed the same with the Hall County Register of Deeds, which Notice is recorded as Document #78-004711, and WHEREAS, the undersigned wish to assign such contract rights to B-G-K DEVELOPMENT OF NEBRASKA, LTD., a Nebraska I Limited Partnership. NOW THEREFORE: ~ For value received, we, the undersigned, Assignors herein hereby assign, transfer and set over to B-G-K DEVELOPMENT OF f NEBRASKA, LTD., a Nebraska Limited Partnership, Assignee herein; all of our right, title and interest in and to the above- ment~gned Contract of Sale, subject to all of the terms and. '' conditions thereof. We further remise, release and quitclaim to Assignee all of our right, title and interest in and to the following described property, to-wit: , Lots One {1}, Two E2}, Three {3}, and Four {4} in Lindsay Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
