<br /> <br />AFFIDAVIT <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) SS. <br />COUNTY OF BUFFALO) <br />William Meyer, Jr., being first duly sworn, deposes and <br />says that he is familiar with a Survivorship Warranty Deed <br />filed with the Register of Deeds of Hall County on March 21, <br />_ 1977, at 4:09 P.M., said Deed entered as Document X77-001394. <br />Affiant states that on or about March 21, 1977, he executed <br />said Deed as attorney in fact for his parents, William Meyer <br />and Martha Meyer. Affiant states that the signature of William <br />Meyer, Jr., appearing on said Deed is affiant's signature. <br />Affiant states that at the time he executed said Deed he was <br />possessed of alt authority and power vested in him by a Power <br />of Attorney filed with the Register of Leeds of Hall County <br />nn November 1, 1976, said Power of Attorney entered as Docu- <br />ment #76-006284. Affiant states that both of his parents, <br />William Meyer and Martha Meyer, were living at the time he <br />executed said Deed. Affiant states that his execution of <br />said DQed was his voluntary act and deed.
