<br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer and deliver unto Robazt L. Mettenbrink
<br />Sr., May Mettenbrink, Charles E. Mettenbrink, and Lena Mettenbrink, herein called
<br />the grantee, a permanent easement and right of way, which is hereinafter more par-

<br />Co.acy Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />therly slang and upon the Resterly boundary line of said Northwest Quarter (NW's) a

<br />The permanent easemtnc and right of way hereby granted, bargained, sold, con-
<br />veyed, transYerred and deiivere6 ~y grantors to grantee is iar the following use and
<br />purposes:
<br />1. The right to enter upon the real estate and repair or build a roadway if nec-
<br />essarJ, together with such ridges, zanps and cuts as may be necessary for the good of
<br />the about gamed real estate.
<br />?. 'The right bq grantee, and grantee's agents, employees, assigns, successors,
