<br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />ROBERT B. MILLER, the duly appointed and qualified Personal
<br />Representative under the probated Last Will of George A. Miller,
<br />deceased, acting ender Letters of Personal Representative issued to
<br />him on March 20, 1979, by Fern A. Place, Registrar of the County
<br />Court of Hall County. Nebraska, and under the last Will of George A.
<br />Biller, deceased, dated February 24, 1976, duly admitted to probate
<br />in the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, by the Registrar of
<br />the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, for distribution ax' a
<br />part of the real estate of the decedent to the Berson entitled to
<br />distribution under the probated last Will of George A. Miller,
<br />deceased, Grantor, conveys and distributes to ROBERT B. MILLER,
<br />Grantee, the fo3lowing described real estate situated in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />1. Lot Eight {8), in Block Four {4), in Arnold Place
<br />in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed,
<br />platted and recorded,
<br />2. Easterly One Third {Elj3) of Lot Sevea {7j, westerly
<br />fine Third {W1>3) of Lot Eight (8), Center Twenty-Two
<br />Feet (C22') of Lot Eight (8I, and Westerly One Third
<br />(W3I3) of Lot One (3), all in Plock Fifty-Four (54),
<br />in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br />2ebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded; and
<br />3. Northerly Sixty-Six Feet {N65 " of Easterly Twenty-
<br />Tiro Feet E E22' ) of Lot Tyro ( 2) , Southerly Sixty-Six Feet
<br />(Ebb') of the Easterly Twenty-Two Feet {E22') of Lot Two
<br />(2), and Southerly Eighty-Eight Feet (S88') of Lot One t1),
<br />all in Black Thirty-Sevea (37), in the Original Town, new
<br />City, of Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded,
<br />together xith all tenements, hezeditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto Grantee and Grantee's heirs and assigns, but s•.zbject
<br />to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements
<br />of record.
