<br />DEED OF DIS1^RIBDTION BY PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
<br />'THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANR OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASRA, the duly
<br />appointed and qualified Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Dora L, Thesenvitz, deceased, acting under Letters of Personal Repre-
<br />sentative issued to it on April 25, 1979, by Richard L. DeBacker,
<br />County Judge of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, and under
<br />the probated last Will of Dora L. Thesenvitz, deceased, dated April
<br />2S, 1970, duly admitted to probate by formal probate proceeding in
<br />the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 25, 1979,
<br />Grantor, far distribution of the real estate described in this Deed
<br />to the person entitled thereto under the probated last Will of Dora
<br />L. Thesenvitz, deceased, conveys and distributes to ELSIE LILI£NTHAL,
<br />Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Section
<br />76-241, R.R.S. 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The northerly Eighty-Two tE2) Feet of Lot One (l) in
<br />Block Seven (7), of Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded,
<br />together with a31 tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />TO ~iP,VE AND TO HOLD the premises conveyed by this Deed unto the
<br />Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record and all zoning
<br />ordinances, laws and regulations.
