<br />the probated last Will of Dora L. Thesenvitz, deceased, dated April
<br />2&, 1970, duly adrutted to probate by for~:al probate proceeding in
<br />the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 2S, 19'9,
<br />Grantor, for distribution of the real estate described in this Deed
<br />to the person entitled thereto under the probated last Will of Dora
<br />L. Thesenvitz, 3eceased, conveys an3 distributes to NSINNIE BROHN,
<br />Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Section
<br />76-20i, R.R.S. 193) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The southerly Seventy-Nine Feet (79') and Four Inches
<br />(4") of Lot six to) i:3 Block Thirty-One {31) in Russel
<br />Wheeler`s Addition to the City of Grand Island. Nebraska,
<br />as surveyed, platted and recorded.
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee, and to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />TO HAVE p„ND ~ HOLD the premises conveyed by this Deed unto the
<br />urantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns.
<br />The real estate is conveyed sub3ect to covenants, conditioner
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements of record and all zoning
