<br />LARRY G. YOST and SHARON K. YOST, husband and wife, each
<br />in his and her own right and as spouse of the other, Grantor,
<br />whether one or mare, in consideration of $1.00 and other good
<br />and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
<br />ledged, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell. convey, and con-
<br />fixnr unto REAL ESTATE INVESTORS INC., Grantor, all our right,
<br />title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76-201), in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising the HTesterly Thirty-Three {33.0}
<br />Feet of Lat Six {6}, Block Four {4}, Meves First Addition,
<br />together with that portion of the vacated alley lying
<br />Southerly from and adjacent thereto; and a part of Block
<br />Three (3), Koehler Subdivision, all in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Block Three {3),
<br />Koehler Subdivision; thence Westerly along the South line of
