E A S E M E N T THE COUNTY OF 2LALL, in the State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a m•.uiicipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement far gubiic right-of-way purposes, far the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, and replace- ment cf a street, curbing, guttering, storm sewer, and other appurtenances incidental thereto, in, upon, over, and through a tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Q.aarter {SE~yNE~) of Section 21, Township ll North, Range 4 West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, said tract being the South Ga feet, or 12.192 meters, of the said Northeast Quarter (NE~1 located between the Nest line of Lincaln Avenue and the West line of said Pwrtheast Quarter (NEB), as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress and egress within, through, and across the above described tract of land for the purpose of exezcising the rights herein granted, and the right to clear and keep clear of obstructions from the surface of such easement. All appurtenances placed within the easement area by the Grantee sha11 remain the property of the Grantee and may be removed sar replaced at any tile.
