' <br />B$ IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: <br />SECTION i. Street Improvement District Na. 933 in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />is hereby created <br />Sf.CTIOdi 2. The boundaries of the district shall be as follows: <br />Ail of Lots I through 31 inclusive, of Former View Second Subdivision, <br />aYI as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br />~ incorporated herein by reference. <br />SI:CTIOly 3. The fol2oving streets in the district shall be imgraved by paving, curbing, <br />;altering, and ell incidenta3 work in connection cherevith: <br />Orange Road from the existing paving in Former Vieu Subdivision N9zth <br />Lo and around Orange Road cul-de-sac; Hall Street from Orange Road to <br />Stuhr Road; Hali Court from Hall Street to and around Hall Court <br />cnl-de-sac. <br />Said impravesants sbai3 be made in acwrdanee with plans and specifications prepared by <br />the Engineer faz the Ciiy aa3 approved by the r'ayoz and Council. <br />SECTION 4.
