Sanitary Sewer District No. 444 of the Gity of Grand Island, Nebraska, is hezsbp created for the laying of an eight (8) inch, or 20.32 :<atimeters, vitrified clay, as polyvinalchloride plastic pipe line, and appurtenances thereoo.
