In consideration of the Buyer agreeing to receive, maintain, and repair said six-inch and eight-inch water mains and incorporate such cater mama into its water system, the Seller does hereby grant, sell, transfer, and deliver to the Buyer said water mains, and the Buyer does hereby acknowledge receipt of the same. 3. The parties agree that the Buyer may record this agreement in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
