<br />RAYA~ND C. ENGEL, the dull appointed and qualified Fersonal
<br />Representative of the Estate of Ne21ie A. Engel, deceased, acting
<br />under Letters of Personal Representative issued to him on December 6,
<br />1978, by Fern A. Place, Registrar of the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Aiebraska, and under the probated last Wi21 of Nellie A. Engel,
<br />deceased, dated October 19, 1971, duly admitted to prok~ate by
<br />infos~eal proceeding in the County Court of Ha31 County, Nebraska, on
<br />December 6, 1978, Grantor, for distribution of the real estate
<br />described in this Deed to the persons entitled thereto under the
<br />probated Iast Wiil of Nellie A. Engel, deceased, conveys and dis-
<br />tributes to RAYMOND C. ENGEL, RALPH E. ENGEL, ERMA L. NEWTH, MARION
<br />E. ENGEL, and ROBERT E. ENGEL, as tenants in common, Grantees, the
<br />following described real estate (as defined in Section 76-201,
<br />R.R,S. 1943) in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NWT Sidi}
<br />and the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE1~ SW}~}
<br />except foz the South Twenty-Eight (28) Feet of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE~q SWis}, all in Section

<br />TO HAVE AND TO SOLD the prer:iGes conveyed by this Deed unto the
<br />Grantees as tenants in c_o~mon, and to their respective heirs and
<br />assigns.
<br />Grantor reserves the landlord's share of growing crops for the
<br />1479 crop seasor. in the real estate described in this Deed.
<br />The real estate is conveyed subject to covenants, conditions,
<br />restrictions, reservations and easements of record.
