ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE FOR VAL'0E RECEIVED, TEXACO INC., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 1730 Clifton Flace, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55403 (hereinafter called "Texaco`), hereby assigns, transfers and sets over to SINCLAIR MARKETING, INC., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 750 W. Hampden, P. O. Box 1677, Englewood, Colorado 80150 (hereinafter called "Assignee"), as of October 1, 1979, alI its rights, title and interest in, to and under that certaia Iease dated March 17, 1973 between WARREN E. FRANKS, 2611 Pioneer Lane, Falls Church, Virginia 22043, as Lessor, and Texaco, as Lessee, {hereinafter called "The Lease"), covering a tract of land with improvements thereon in the City of Grand Island, County of Halt, State of Nebraska, described therein as follows: That portion of Lot 1, Block I, First Artistic Homes Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, described as follows: Beginning at a point where the Southerly right-of-way line of Oklahoma Avenue, intexsects the East property line of said Lot 1, Block 1 above. Begin- ning at this paint proceed Sontherly on East property lice a distaace of 225 feet, thence West 90 degrees 10fl feet, thence North 90 degrees to the Southerly right-of-way line of Oklahoma Avenue, thence, l~rth- easterly cn Southerly right-of-way line of Oklahoma !,venue to the point of beginning.
