<br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR REAL ESTATE
<br />For value received, we PAUL E. SNOW and JANET M.
<br />SNOW, husband and wife, of Wichita, Kansas (formerly of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska}, hereinafter called "Assignors,"
<br />assign, Transfer and set over to RONALD D. OWINGS AND VERLA
<br />MAE OWINGS, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as
<br />tenants in common, hereinafter called "Assignees", all of
<br />our right, title and interest in and to a contract for real
<br />estate entered into by and between JANEE KOCIEMBA (now Jayne
<br />Edwards} and INDIAN ACRES LAND DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., dated
<br />June, 1974, for the purchase of Lot Seven (7), Block Two (2)
<br />of Dale Roush Second Subdivision, Hali County, Nebraska, a
<br />copy of which contract is on file at Book 28, at Page 519,
<br />of ,miscellaneous records of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, subject to al] the terms and conditions
<br />thereof, which contract was later assigned by said Jayne
<br />Edwards and Royce Edwards, her husband, to said Horace D.
<br />Crocker and Linda R. Cracker, husband and wife, by an assign-
<br />ment of contract for real estate, a copy of afiich was recorded

<br />as document number 76-003164; which contract was later further
<br />assigned by said Horace D. Crocker and Linda R. Crocker, hus-
<br />band and wife, to Paul E. Snaw of Wichita, Kansas, try an
<br />Assignment cf Contract for Real Estate, dated September 21,
<br />1979, a copy of which was recorded in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as document number ~Q-gyp 7a~/.

<br />We remise, re3ease anc quitclaim to Assignee all of
<br />our right, title and interest in and to the property within
<br />described and agreed to be canveyed.
