<br />ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT FOR REAL ESTATE
<br />Far value received, we, HORACE D. CROCKER and LINDA
<br />R. CROCKER, husband and tieife, of Fremont, Nebraska {formerly
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska}, hereinafter called "AsSignors,"
<br />assign, transfer and set over to PAUL E. SNOW of Wichita, Kansas,
<br />hereinafter called "Assignee", all of our right, title and
<br />interest in and to a contract far real estate entered into by
<br />and betweer.JAYNE KOCIEMBA {nowJayn2 Edwards} and INDIAN ACRES
<br />LAND DEVELOPMENT CO., INC., dated June, 1914, for the purchase
<br />of Lot Seven (7}, Block Two (2} of Dale Roush Second Subdivision,
<br />Nall County, Nebraska, a copy of which contract is on file at
<br />Book 28, at Page 519, of miscellaneous records of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Nall County, Nebraska, subject to all the terms and
<br />conditions thereof, which contract was later assigned by said
<br />Jayne Edwards and Royce Edwards, her husband, to said Horace D.
<br />Cracker and Linda R. Crocker, husband and wife, by an assign-
<br />ment of contract for real estate, a copy of which was recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Nall County, Nebraska
<br />as document number 7b-003264.
<br />We remise, release and quitclaim to Assignee all of
<br />our right, title and interest in and to the property within
<br />described and agreed to be conveyed.
