<br />REAL ESTATE MORTGt~.GE <br />KRISTEN K. LAR5EN, TRUSTEE, herein called the Mortgagor, in <br />consideration of SEVENTH' THOUSAND and no,~100 Dollars ($70,000.00) <br />does hereby mortgage to TOM R. LARSEN, herein called the Mortgagee, <br />the following described real estate in Hall county, and State of <br />Nebraska: <br />The East One-Half tE~<) of Lots Two (2) and Four <br />(:~} in Bloek Eleven (11), College Addition to West <br />Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />And the Mortgagor does hereby covenant with the Mortgagee and <br />with Mortgagee's heirs and assigns that Mortgagor is lawfully seized <br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except those <br />of record, that Mortgagor has good right and lawful authority to <br />canvU the same, and that Mortgagor warrants and will defend the <br />tit12 to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whom- <br />soever. <br />This Mortgage is given to secure the payment of the principal <br />°~n ^;u On ^d ^terest +herear, accardina to the terms of <br />sum a`i ~,v,v a„ i„ -, <br />a certain promissory note of ever, date, executed by the Mortgagor <br />to the Mortgagee, due on demand. <br />The Mortgagar further agrees to maintain insurance upon the <br />above-described premises in an amount not less than the indebtedness <br />due the Mortgagee with a loss payable clause in favor of Mortgagar <br />and Mortgagee as their interests may appear.
