<br />Grantor, RICHARD D. SENKBEIS,, Sr., an unremarried widower,
<br />in consideration of the sum of TF~ENTY-NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED

<br />Robert Senkbeil, Trustees of the R & D Foundation Trust, grants
<br />and conveys to CORNELIA KREACHBAUII, Grantee, the following
<br />described real estate {as defined in Section 76-201, R.R.S. 1943}
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Gzand Island, naw City, Hall County, Nebraska, being a
<br />tract of land more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of Block Seventy-Four
<br />{74} and graceeding in a northwesterly direction along
<br />aad upon the East line of Block Seventy-Four i74} a
<br />distance of One Hundred Thirty-Two Feet {132') to the
<br />alley in said Block, thence proceeding in a south-

<br />thence proceeding in a southeasterly direction along and
