Senkbeil, Sr., who <br />created the R & D Foundation Trust by a Declaration o£ <br />Trust duly filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Kali County, Nebraska, an September 20, 1979, recorded as <br />Document No. 79-o062t?1. <br />2. I am the sole beneficiary of the R & D Foundation Trust <br />referred to in Paragraph 1 of this Affidavit and consent <br />to the conveyance by the Trustees, Richard D. Senkbeil, <br />sir. cad Scott Robert Senkbeil, to Cerneiia :treachbaum of <br />the following described real estate constituting a part <br />of the Trust assets: <br />Lot Eight ($), Block SeventyFour (74), Original Town <br />of Grand island, non City, Baii County, Nebraska, <br />being a tract of land more particularly described as <br />follows Commenci3g at the Southeast corner of Block <br />.°~c,rcuty=Four -{7g} and piuceeai.ng in a north~ae steriy <br />direction along and upon the East line of Brack <br />Seventy-Four (74} a distance of One Hundred Thirty-Two <br />Feet (332'j to the alley in said Black, thence pro- <br />ceeding in a south-westerly direction a distance cf <br />Sixty-Six Feet {fifi'), thence proceeding in a south- <br />easterly direction along and upon a line parallel to <br />the East line of said Block Seventy-Four (74} a <br />distance of One hundred Thirt,F-Two (i32') to the South <br />line of Block Seventy-Four {7#), thence ix a north- <br />easterly direction along said line a distance of <br />Sizty-Six Feet {fifi') to the point of beginning. <br />3. Dorothy D. Senkbeil, one of the Trustees originally named <br />in the Declaration of Trust creating the R & D Foundation <br />Trust referred to in Paragraph 3 of this kffidavit, died <br />nn b4arch ii. 1979, and she was succeeded as Trustee by <br />Scott ltobest Senkbeil. <br />4. Z know of my own personal knowledge the taxable assets owned <br />by Dorothy D.
