<br />DOLLAR ($1.00) AiVD OT'dER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from
<br />Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm untc RALPH
<br />~h~. TILLEY and ETHEL I. TILLEY, as tenants in cos~on and net as
<br />feint tenants, herein called the Grantee, whether one or more, the
<br />following-described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />Nebraska.
<br />This deed is transferred to correct a defect in the acknowl-
<br />edgement in the original deed signed July 14, 1979.

<br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto be-
<br />longing unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />And the Grantor does hereby cavenant with the Grantee and
<br />with Grantee's heirs and assigns that Grantor is lawful~y seize of
<br />said premises; that they are free from encumbrance, except those o,`
<br />record; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey
<br />the same; and that Grantor warrants and will defend the title to
