21. Future Advances. Upon request o€ Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option, prior to release of this
<br />1•fortgage, may make Future Advances to Borrower. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall
<br />Le secured by this I~forigage when evidenced by promissory notes stating that: said notes are secured hereby
<br />except that the iuterest rate or, the entire unpxid balance and the term of the original loan, to the extent
<br />pemutted by law, may be adjusted as the parties hereto may agree. At no time shall the principal amount
<br />of the indebtedness secured by this blorzgage, not including sums advanced in accordance herewith to pro-
<br />tect the security of this ibfortgage, exceed the original amount of the Note plus US 4_12-,OOO..OQ__._..-.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that orepayments of principal, as provided for in paragraph 22 that follows are
<br />retumed to Borrower ar are made absolate non-~iihdrawable principal prepayments prior to advancing

<br />c3. Savings Fund. Bormwer may make prepayments of principal on any installment due date or
<br />Lvmediately preceding said datE to be effective on the due date following and prepayment shall be applied
<br />to installments last to become due under this mortgage. Upon request of the undersigned or either of
<br />them, provided a default does not exist and they or one of them are the owners of the mortgaged property,

<br />cipal grepacmenfs and shall pay said amount requested by either party to the party making such request
