<br />79--• ~~~ <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />BUCK-THEASMEYER SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Delbert D. Theasmeyer ar_d Lois A. Theasmeyer, <br />husband and wife, and Norman A. Buck and Betty J. Buck; husband and <br />wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as o~aclers of a tract of land <br />comprising all of Lot Two (?), Mary Moppet Subdivision, in the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.554 acres, more or <br />less, desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described <br />tract of lard cehich is located within the corporate limits of the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of <br />such City for acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat <br />of such proposed subdivision, to be known as Buck-Theasmeyer Subdivision, <br />desigr_ating explicitly the land tc be laid out and particularly des- <br />cribing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause <br />the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional <br />Planning Co~sission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such <br />owners, certified as to accuracy of survey by a registered land sur- <br />veyor, and to contain a dedication of the easements to the use of gublic <br />utilities. In consideration of the acceptance of the plat of said <br />Buck-Theasmeyer Subdit=ision„ the Subdividers hereby consent and agree <br />with the City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, that they vriil install or pro- <br />vide at their expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. Installa*_ion of new paving is not required for this <br />subdivision. However, the Subdividers agree to waive the right to <br />protest to any paving ~~r repaving petition involving ~Iebb Read where <br />it abuts said subdivision. <br />2. Mater. Publ-ic water service is available to all lots within <br />said subdivision to a public water rain located it Webb Road. The <br />Subdividers agree to connect all structures within said subdivision <br />to said water main prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for <br />said structures. The Subdividers further agree to pay any and all <br />connection charges prior to connecting to said water main. <br />- 1 - <br />
