<br />Gf the Estate of Joseph F. Franssen, Deceased, pursuant to auth-
<br />ority of the County Court of Howard County, Nebraska, pursuant to
<br />Section 30-24iEa(23} of the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration
<br />of Thirty Three Thousand and No/I00 Dollars ($33,000.00} received
<br />£rom grantee does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Van L. Vohland and Kathi J. Vahland, husband and wife as Joint
<br />Tenants with Right of Survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
<br />grantee`s, the fallowing described real praperty;
<br />Lot 102, in West Lawn, in the City of Grand island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, together with all
<br />file estate, right, title, interest, claim or der.:and whatsoever of
<br />said Deceased of, in and to the same, ar any part thereof.
<br />To have and to hold the above described real praperty and all
<br />tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances t'rereto belonging unto
<br />the grantees and to gr3ntea's assigns forever, and the grantoxA here-
<br />by covenants that the real property herein described is free and
<br />clear of any Tien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes
<br />levied against the Estate of Joseph F. Franssen, Deceased.
