Hake with regard to real estate located in HaII County, Nebraska, and described as follows: i.ot-One [1} Medical Park Fourth Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and, L7AFRF.A S, there are express restrictions and conditions set forth in said Reed which unduly limit- the use and transferability of the real estate; and, WHEttEAS, both parties desire to revoke and amend said restrictions and condi~ions~ IT I5 AGREED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The above Grantor hereby revokes, rescinds, and declares as a nullity paragraphs 1 through 4 inclusive of the express restrictions and conditions set forth in said Deed. 2.
