<br />received from grantees, does grant, bargain, sell convey and confirm unto Donald D. Denman
<br />and Jacqueline C. Denman, husband and wife,
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following deserabed real
<br />property in .....................Na.1.1................................ County, Nebraska: An undivided one-fourth {4th)
<br />interest in and to the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (WZNWa) and
<br />part of Lot Seven (7) of Section Twenty-eight {28), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., excepting a strip of ground
<br />fifty (50) feet wide along the South side of Lot Seven (7) from the di-
<br />viding line between Section Twenty-eight {28) and Twenty-nine {29) to the
<br />Northerly approach of the brige_crossing the Platte River South from sold
<br />-Lot Seven (?), and further excepting two (2) tracts containing-2.16 acres
<br />and 12.12 acres condemned for- road purposes and more fully set forth in
<br />the condemnation return of appraisers and proceedings shown in Sook 9
<br />at Page 289 of the Misc. Records of Hall County, Nebraska, and further
<br />subject to the advertising .contract easement in-favor of the State of Ne-
<br />braska as set forth in Book 12 at Page 165 of the Misc. Records of Hali
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging onto the grantees and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assigns
<br />of the s~.trvivor of them forever.

<br />and assigns of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free from
