<br />ground fifty (50) feet wide along the South side of Lot Seven (7) from
<br />the dividing line between Section Twenty-eight (28) and Twenty-nine (23)
<br />to the Northerly approach of the bridge crossing the Platte River South
<br />from said Lot Seven {7), and further excepting two (2) tracts containing
<br />2.16 acres and 12.12 acres condemned for road purposes and more fully
