79.b ~~~8 PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT Norm Buck and Delbert Theasmeyer, of Grand Island, Nebraska, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto MARY MOPPET, INC., a foreign corporation, doing business in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right-of-way to construct, overate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, underground and overhead electric lines, telephone lines, manholes, pipe lines, surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, in and through a tract of land in Lot Two (2), Mary Moppet Subdivision, Ha11 County, Nebraska; more specifically, that said easement hereby granted to Grantees shall be over that por*_ion of the tract of land previously mentioned beginning Seven (7') feet from the western most boundary line of Lot Two (2}, and extending Eight (8') feet to the East, constituting a strip of land running in a Northerly and Southerly direction. Tteat said easement shall also include a Five (5') foot stria of land beginning at the common boundary line between the two lots and extending in a Northerly direction for Five (5') feet. That said Five (5') foot strip of land shall run along the entire boundary line between Lots One (1) and Two (2) in the Mary Moppet Subdivision. The Grantor, for itself, its successors and assigns, hereby covenants that no buildings, fences, or structures shall be erected or permitted on sa~..d tract and that the easement herein granted shall run with the title to such tract of land and be binding upon the Grantor, its successars and assigns.
