79.b ~~~8 <br />PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT <br />Norm Buck and Delbert Theasmeyer, of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska, herein called the Grantors, in consideration of <br />One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />hereby grants and conveys unto <br />MARY MOPPET, INC., <br />a foreign corporation, doing business in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />herein called the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement <br />and right-of-way to construct, overate, maintain, extend, repair, <br />replace, and remove public utilities, including but not limited <br />to, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, underground and <br />overhead electric lines, telephone lines, manholes, pipe lines, <br />surface markers, and other appurtenances, upon, over, in and <br />through a tract of land in Lot Two (2), Mary Moppet Subdivision, <br />Ha11 County, Nebraska; more specifically, that said easement <br />hereby granted to Grantees shall be over that por*_ion of the <br />tract of land previously mentioned beginning Seven (7') feet <br />from the western most boundary line of Lot Two (2}, and <br />extending Eight (8') feet to the East, constituting a strip <br />of land running in a Northerly and Southerly direction. Tteat <br />said easement shall also include a Five (5') foot stria of <br />land beginning at the common boundary line between the two lots <br />and extending in a Northerly direction for Five (5') feet. <br />That said Five (5') foot strip of land shall run along the <br />entire boundary line between Lots One (1) and Two (2) in the <br />Mary Moppet Subdivision. <br />The Grantor, for itself, its successors and assigns, <br />hereby covenants that no buildings, fences, or structures <br />shall be erected or permitted on sa~..d tract and that the <br />easement herein granted shall run with the title to such <br />tract of land and be binding upon the Grantor, its successars <br />and assigns. <br />
