~ !~~ <br />SUBDIVISION AG'REEI+~NT <br />UNIT ONE, LOT 2, BLOCK 8 REPEAT, CONTINENTAL GARDENS <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />Mid-Continent Enterprises, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, herein- <br />after called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a <br />part of Lot Two (2), Block 8 Replat, Continental Gardens, An Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and more particularly described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot Two (2); <br />thence S 00° 41' S3" W along the West line of said Lot <br />Two (2) a distance of one hundred twenty-four an'd eighty- <br />five hundredths (,124.85) feet; thence S 44° 18' 07" E <br />along the southwesterly line of said Lot Two (2) a distance <br />of sixty-three and ninety-seven hundredths (63.97 feet; <br />thence S 89° 11' 34" E a distance of one hundred seventy- <br />two and seventy-seven hundredths (172.77) feet; thence <br />N 00° !.•1' S3" E a distance of one hundred seventy (170) <br />feet to a point on the North line of said Lot Two (2); <br />thence N 89° 31' 34" W along the North line of said Lot <br />Two (2) a distance of two hundred eighteen (218) feet to <br />the point of beginning and containing 0.827 acre, more or <br />less; <br />desires to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submits to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known as Unit One, Lot 2, Block $ Replat, Continental <br />Gardens, designating explicitly the land to be laid out and particularly <br />describing the lots and easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots <br />designated by numbers and easements by dimensions, and proposes to cause <br />the plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br />Commission and the City Council to be acknowledged by such owner, certified <br />as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to contain a <br />dedication of the easements to the use of public: utilities. In consider- <br />ation of the acceptance of the plat of said Unit One, Lot 2, B1oek 8 Replat, <br />Continental Gardens, the Subdivider hereby consents and agrees with the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, that it will install or provide at their <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1. Water.
