~~ ~.: <br />SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />D. K. SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, EARL M. ANDERSON and GRACE T. ANDERSON, husband <br />and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners of a tract of <br />land comprising the southerly one hundred forty (140) feet of the east- <br />erly two hundred thirty-seven (237) feet of the westerly two hundred <br />seventy (270) feet of Lot Seven (7), Norwood Subdivision in the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, said tract containing 0.762 acre, more or less, <br />desire to have subdivided as a subdivision the above described tract of <br />land which is located within the corporate limits of the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the City Council of such City for <br />acceptance as provided by law an accurate map and plat of such proposed <br />subdivision to be known as D. K. Subdivision, designating explicitly the <br />land to be laid out and particularly describing the Lots, streets, and <br />easements belonging to such subdivision, with lots designated by numbers, <br />streets by names, and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the <br />plat of such subdivision when finally approved by the Regional Planning <br />Commission and the City Gouncil to be acknowledged by such owners, certi- <br />fied as to accuracy of survey by a registered land surveyor, and to con- <br />tain a dedication of the street to the use and benefit of the public for- <br />~ve~, and of the easements to the use of public utilities. In consider- <br />---- - <br />ation of the acceptance of the plat of said D. K. Subdivision, the Sub- <br />dividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br />that they will install or provide at their expense the following improve- <br />ments: <br />1. Streets. The Subdividers agree to waive their right of protest <br />to any street improvement districts involving St. Paul Road or Fifteenth <br />Street where they abut said subdivision. No additional paving is required <br />~t this time. <br />2. Water. City water service is available. The Subdividers agree <br />to connect all structures within said subdivision to city water service <br />prior to the issuance of an occupancy permit for said structures. <br />- 1 - <br />~w45 il: ~3~ <br />
