<br />($23,500.00) in hand paid to them by the Grantees, hereby grant, convey and oon-
<br />firm unto £ARi, H. SFASR~ and ET7.f:FN R. SEAST~, husband and wife, as joint
<br />tenants with rights of survivorship, the followai.ng-described premises, situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, to-wit:
<br />Lot Eight (8} in Block Sixteen (16) in Wallich's Additian
<br />to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with ail tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging,
<br />and all the estate, right, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of the
<br />said Testatrix of, in anti to the same, or any part thereof.
<br />'I7ie intention of all parties hereto is that in the event of the death
<br />of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple title to the real estate des-
<br />cribed herein shall vest in the surviving Grantee.
<br />'PO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above-described premises unto the said Earl H.
<br />Seastone and Eileen R. Seastane, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not
<br />as tenants in czam~on, and to their assigns, or to the heirs and assign_~ of the
<br />survivor of them, forever, and the Grantors hereby covenant that the premises
<br />are free and clear of any lien or encumbrance caused by any claim for taxes
<br />levied against the Estate of Ruth E. Klinkacek, Deceased, and do hereby warrant
<br />that they will deferxi the said premises against lawful claims and demands of
<br />all persons claiming by, through or under it.
<br />Ln wiuness whereof, Alvin Klinkacek and Tester Klinkacek as Cb-Personal
<br />Representatives of the Estate of Ruth E. Klinkace ,Deceased, have caused these
