Upon publishing due and legal notice of time and place of this hearing with due proof of such notice filed herein and it appear- ing to the Court that no objections were on file and na persons appear- ing to object, and the Court being fully informed in the premises, upon caneideration of the evidence, together with the pr~vf on file and the proceedings herein, finds that: 1, Eugene A. Bishop died inteatete, leaving no will, on the 30th day of September, 1966, domiciled in the County of Box Suite, State of Nebraska, ?,. On the 29th day of September, 197, Mary Jane Bishop Engel- haunt was duly appointed and qualified as Personal Representative of the estate end has continued to qualify and act as Personal Representative of the estate from time of eppaintment. The Personal Representative has collected and managed the assets of the estate, filed en Inventory and Final Accounting herein, paid all lawful claims against the estate and performed all other acts required by the laws of the State of Nebraska pertaining to estates of decedents. 3. The Decadent was survived by the persons set for.'n in the annexed Schedule of Heirship as the sole and only hezre of the ~)ecedent. 4. Bus Notice to Creditors has been firs= nubiishe~ in Com- pliance tiith Nebraska Probate Code section 3G-248".~., more than two months last rest and proof thereof filed herein. 5. The County Attorney of Box Butts County, Nebraska, has entered iris ~Joluntary Appearance herein.
