<br />SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, <br />Conservator of the Estate of LeRoy Dimitroff, a protected person, <br />herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/106 DOLLARS ($35,500.00} <br />received from Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto FRANK C.
