Livingston, being first duly sworn or; oath, <br />deposes and says that on the 28th day of September, 1979, he <br />mailed by United States mail, postage prepaid, notice of the <br />filing of a Mechanic's Lien to Eldon Kluthe and Doris Kluthe, <br />who are shown to be the owners of record of the property on <br />which said lien was filed, to-wit: <br />Lots Ten (10), Eleven (11) and <br />Twelve (12) in Block Five (5) <br />Tov:n of Cairo, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Said notice was mailed to Eldon Kluthe and Doris Kluthe, <br />Baasch & Sons Welding, 204 So. High, Cairo. Nebraska, which was <br />the last address of said Eldon Kluthe and Doris Kluthe known <br />to Affiant. <br />James D. Livingston further states under oath that <br />he is attorney for Braden Steel of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a <br />corporation, the party claiming such lien. <br />GATED this 28th day of September, 1979, <br />!._~_. <br />James 0.
