21. Future $dvaxicea:, Upon request of Borxawer, Lender, at Lendei s option., prior to release of this <br />~Iartgage, may make Future Advances to Borra:ver. Such Future Advances, with interest thereon, shall <br />be secured by this Mortgage when evidenced by promissory nata~ setting that said notes are secured hereby <br />except that tl3e interest rate on the entire unpaid balance and the farm of the original loan, 1.o the extant <br />permitted by law, may be adjusted as the parties hereto may agree.
