<br />EMMA A. KREHMKE, DECEASED ) THOMPSON, A/K/A BER'3ARD THOMPSON
<br />WHEREAS, Bernard L. Thompson is a devisee and legatee under
<br />the Last Will and Testament of Emma A. Krehmke and is the spouse
<br />of Evelyn K. Thompson;
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant Co the Last WiT.i and Testament of Emma A.
<br />Krehmke, the said Bernard L. Thompson received a bequest at
<br />Paragraph 7 of an interest in clothing, books, furniture, articles
<br />of personal adornment, articles of personal use, and similar other
<br />household items and other non-income producing personal property,
<br />along •with other beneficiaries;
<br />WHEREt1S, pursuant to Paragraph 8 of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of Emma A. Krehmke, Evelyn K. Thompson, the spouse of Bernard L.
<br />Thompson, was devised a one-half interest in and to the rest,
<br />residue, and remainder of the estate of Emma A. Krehmke, with
<br />William L. Krehmke to receive the other one-half interest;
<br />4IHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph 8 of the LasC Will and Testament
<br />of Emma A. Krehmke, in the event of the death of Evelyn K. Thompson
<br />prior to the death of Emma A. Krehmke, the one-half interest in and
<br />to the rest, residue, and remainder of the estate of Emma A. Krehmke
<br />would have passed to hi.m;
<br />WHL'REAS, Evelyn K. Thompson has filed a disclaimer and renunci-
<br />ati,on of certain interests in certain assets of the Estate of
<br />Emma A. Krehmke, Deceased;
<br />WHEREAS, ane of the assets within the rest, residue, and remain=
<br />der of the Estate of Emma A. Krehmke i.s that property described as
<br />foflows:
<br />The Southerly Half of. the Northerly One -Third
<br />(5~.~ of N 1/3) of Lot One (1) and the Easterly One-
<br />'fhird (E 1/3) of Lot 'l~uo (2) in Block Forty=Ttiao (42)
<br />of the Ori};inal Town, now City oC Grand Island, Nebras}<a,
<br />bcing a rectangular piece of ground having an Easterly
<br />frontage of 22 feet on Pine Street, a depth of 88 Feet
<br />and bounded on Che North by a line parallel to Fourth
<br />Street, and distant Twenty-Two (22) Feet Southerly
<br />therefrom excepting Chat part thereof conveyed to
<br />Homer Bowen by Warranty Deed dated April 8, 193tJ, and
<br />recorded in Rook 71 at Page 78 of the Deed Records
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT KNCXdP1 BY THF,SE PRESENTS that the under-
<br />- signed, Bernard- L. Thompson, also known as Bernard Thompson, hereby
<br />and by these presents, does renounce all right, title and interest
<br />. he may have in and to the entire estate of Emma A. Krehmke, Deceased,
