<br />Commencing at a point 163.3 feet West of the Southeast Corner of the Southwest
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SW~'fs'W'9r) of said Section Twenty One (21), running
<br />.thence North and in a Sine Parallel with the East boundary Sine of said Southwest
